NOMINEE SERVICES

We offer „nominee” services to those of you that want to occupy the positions in the governing or supervisory bodies at your own company with our authorised personnel.

In practice, our clients are inclined to take advantage of this service for a variety of reasons (for example the need to maintain the anonymity of the company owner, to ensure the representation of foreign persons or to occupy positions in company bodies in the case of an insufficient number of their own colleagues).

The added value of the service with us mainly comes in the shape of the careful selection of authorised persons, whose credibility, professionalism, reliability and discretion you can always count on. These persons will discharge the entrusted positions based on your authorisation as the actual owner of the company, in that you also determine the scope of authorisation (power of attorney).

We provide a nominee service for the following positions:

• Managing director of a limited company (s.r.o.)
• Member of the board of directors of a joint stock company (a.s.)
• Member of the board of supervisors of a joint stock company (a.s.)
