Ready-made limited companies (sro) from € 1,000

Price includes:

• the compilation of all legal documents required for the transfer of the company (documents for change of managing director, member, company registered office)
• the organisation of a general meeting before a notary
• authenticating the relevant signatures on documents
• lodging an application for the entry of changes in the Commercial Register
• registration for income tax with the tax authority

The price does not include court and notarial fees for changes to the Memorandum of Association.

Additional services:

• registration for VAT € 125
• processing a professional trade¹⁾ and a vocational trade²⁾€ 125
• changing the name of the company, the number of members or the location of the company registered office outside of Prague or other changes to the Memorandum of Association € 210
